The city of McMinnville shall establish an urban growth boundary to separate rural lands from urbanizable and urban lands. Lands within the boundary shall be deemed necessary for urban development within the planning period, except those designated as reserve areas. (Ord. 5066 §2 (Exh. B), April 9, 2019)
