The city of McMinnville, acting jointly with Yamhill County, shall appoint an Airport Land Use Board which shall be responsible for the development of an airport zoning ordinance. The ordinance shall be in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and shall particularly conform to the requirements of the McMinnville Municipal Airport Master Plan.
