Aesthetics and streetscaping shall be a part of the design of McMinnville’s transportation system. Streetscaping, where appropriate and financially feasible, including public art, shall be included in the design of transportation facilities. Various streetscaping designs and materials shall be utilized to enhance the livability in the area of a transportation project. (Ord. 4922, February 23, 2010)
