Maintaining Quality of Facilities – the city will establish standards for the maintenance and safety of pedestrian facilities. These standards should include the removal of hazards and obstacles to pedestrian travel, as well as maintenance of benches and landscaping. (Ord. 4922, February 23, 2010)
