Bicycle Parking at Transit Facilities – the city will work with the Yamhill County Transit Authority (YCTA) to encourage the installation of public bicycle parking facilities at transit stations and other inter-modal facilities, and encourage the provision of bicycle racks on all public transit vehicles.
