Support YCTA in the application for adequate and consistent funding of the Regional TDM Program. The city of McMinnville should establish several strategies to reduce transportation demand, and thereby address the city’s transportation congestion. The aim of transportation demand management (TDM) program is to reduce the number of vehicles on the area’s roads, which reduces the demand on the existing transportation network.
