Capital Improvement Plan – the city of McMinnville shall derive, in part, the projects in the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) from the McMinnville TSP. Transportation projects contained in the CIP shall be consistent with the goals, policies, and needs identified in the Plan. (Ord. 4922, February 23, 2010)
