The city shall periodically update its economic opportunities analysis to ensure that it has within its urban growth boundary (UGB) a 20-year supply of lands designated for commercial and industrial uses. The city shall provide an adequate number of suitable, serviceable sites in appropriate locations within its UGB. If it should find that it does not have an adequate supply of lands designated for commercial or industrial use it shall take corrective actions which may include, but are not limited to, redesignation of lands for such purposes, or amending the UGB to include lands appropriate for industrial or commercial use.
