Host research sessions (parties) for property owners or neighborhood residents to bring in an address and get help researching the history of the property. Work with the historical society to identify historic photographs of neighborhoods and streetscapes and then take contemporary photographs to do a “then” and “now” profile. Work with volunteers to research a brief (250 words maximum) write up on what changes occurred between the two photos and the significance of the view or neighborhood. (Ord. 5068 §2 (Exh.
