Streamline the historic preservation program’s website. Consider using drop-down menus or collapsible lists to make information easy to find at-a-glance. There is a lot of good information on the website, but a visitor needs to know what they’re looking for or else they could be overwhelmed. Move the Supporting Documents PDF links up before the Historic Resource Inventory List or add them to the Informational Brochures page. Add a map to the Zoning & Maps tab that is the Historic Resource Inventory showing the color coded ranking and resource number as an alternate means for residents to find out which properties are on the inventory.
