For the purpose of municipal representation and elections, the city of McMinnville is hereby divided into three wards designated on Exhibit A of the ordinance codified in this chapter. Pursuant to the city charter, “the council members in office at (the) time shall not lose their qualification for office by reason of (a) boundary change and shall continue in office for the reminder of their terms unless otherwise disqualified.” (Ord. 4945 §1, 2011).
