No operator of a vehicle shall cross private property or leave the roadway to avoid an intersection or a traffic control device. This provision shall not apply to the operator of a vehicle who stops on the property for the purpose of conducting business or providing services. (Ord. 4758 §1, 2002; Ord. 3629 §13, 1972).
