Parking zones of two hours’ and of 30 minutes’ duration are created within the central business district and residential zones in those areas designated by the city manager or his or her designee. No vehicle, as defined by ORS 801.590, shall be allowed to be parked in excess of the time limit in these zones without authorization under this chapter.
