No person shall ride a bicycle upon a sidewalk in the business district bounded on the west by Adams Street, on the east by Irvine, on the north by 5th Street and on the south by 1st street. A person riding a bicycle upon a sidewalk other than in a business district shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian. (Ord. 3629 §35(2), 1972).
