10.44.110 Applicability of chapter provisions.*

This chapter shall apply to all motor vehicles and parts thereof now in possession of the chief of police as well as to all such as may hereafter be taken into possession. (Ord. 5109 §2 (Exh. 1), 2021; Ord. 1980 §1, 1939).
