No persons except pilots, duly authorized personnel, passengers, or other persons personally escorted by pilots or authorized personnel, shall be permitted to enter the apron area of aircraft activity or parking. Any person permitted by this section to be on the apron area is limited to necessary use of the space in connection with flights or routine duties. (Ord. 4973 §1, 2013).
