Any person or firm violating any provisions of MMC 11.20.010 through 11.20.060 shall, upon conviction in the municipal court, be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars. Trial shall be before the judge of the court without a jury. (Ord. 4973 §1, 2013).
