The street shall be graded not less than 32 feet in width and the subgrade shall be not less than ten inches below the finished surface at the center of the street and shall have at least six inches of crown. Method of construction shall be as specified by the city engineer and shall be accepted by him before base rock is place. (Ord. 2763 §6, 1958).
