The sidewalk across any service driveway shall not exceed one-fourth inch-fall to the foot and shall be constructed of Portland cement concrete not less than six inches minimum thickness. Also, the sidewalk shall be definitely marked with lines parallel to the curb in a manner approved by the city engineer. (Ord. 4571 (part), 1994).
