A. Administration. The director and chief, under the direction of the city manager, shall be responsible for the administration and enforcement of this chapter.

B. Authority. The director and chief shall have the authority to o all things necessary to administer the provisions of this chapter and the rules and regulations adopted under it.

C. Enforcement. The enforcement of this chapter by the director and chief is not intended to limit the legal jurisdiction of any federal, state, county or local enforcement agency created by law.

D. Duties. The parks director, police chief, library director, and their designees shall have the duty to enforce all provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 4982 §3, 2014; Ord. 4698 §4, 1999).
