Upon the approval of the ordinance codified in this chapter by the legal voters of the city as required by Chapter 722 and pursuant to the provisions of said Chapter 722 and the ordinance codified in this chapter, the city council authorizes the general manager of the McMinnville water and light to file with the State engineer an application to form and be a member of a joint operating agency. For the purposes of this chapter, an application shall include any revised application filed pursuant to subsection (6) of Section 3 of Chapter 722. (See Ord. 3717 §2, 1974). (Ord. 4987, 2015).
