Except as specifically excluded or modified by this chapter, the city of McMinnville adopts the Oregon Fire Code and appendices A through D, F, H, I, J, and K through N, which will be referred to in the McMinnville Municipal Code as the Oregon Fire Code (“OFC”). One copy of the Oregon Fire Code and appendices shall be filed in the office of the city recorder. (Ord. 5093 §1 (Exh. A (part)), 2020).
