For the purposes of this title, the following terms shall be defined as set forth in this chapter, which is divided into two sections. The first section contains “general definitions” (MMC 17.06.015), which are those universal to all areas of zoning and development. The second section contains “special definitions” (17.06.020) and includes definitions that are specific to unique areas of development or land use activities.
