17.18.040 Yard requirements.

In an R-3 zone, each lot shall have yards of the following size unless otherwise provided for in MMC 17.54.050:
A. A front yard shall not be less than 15 feet;
B. A rear yard shall not be less than 20 feet;
C. A side yard shall not be less than seven and one-half feet, except an exterior side yard on the street side of a corner lot shall be not less than 15 feet. (Ord. 4912 §3, 2009; Ord. 4128 (part), 1981; Ord. 3380 (part), 1968).
