17.39.030 Conditional uses.

The following uses and their accessory uses may be permitted, subject to the provisions of Chapters 17.72 and 17.74 MMC:
A. Agricultural supply store, wholesale or retail;
B. Recycling collection center;
C. Service stations;
D. Cemetery;
E. Repealed by Ord. 5104 §2 (Exh. B), 2021;
F. Public uses, limited to sewage treatment plants, schools and churches;
G. Other similar conditional uses, approved subject to the provisions of MMC 17.54.010(C). (Ord. 5104 §2 (Exh. B), 2021; Ord. 4522 §1 (part), 1992).
