A. General Requirement: Each use, activity or operation within the M-1 Light Industrial zone shall comply with applicable federal, state and local regulations pertaining to noise, odor, air, and water pollution.

B. Documentation: Prior to issuance of a building permit, occupancy permit, or change of occupancy, whichever is appropriate, the planning director may require submission of evidence demonstrating compliance with applicable environmental regulations and necessary permits.
