17.42.030 Yard requirements.
This section is included in your selections.
Except as required in “A” and “B” below, there shall be no required yards in an M-2 zone:
A. Side yard shall not be less than 50 feet when adjacent to a residential zone;
B. Rear yard shall not be less than 50 feet when adjacent to a residential zone. (Ord. 4128 (part), 1981; Ord. 3380 (part), 1968).
