17.45.060 Yard requirements.

In an AH zone, the minimum yard requirements shall be as follows:
A. Front yards shall be a minimum of 30 feet, except as otherwise required by planned development provisions;
B. Side yards:
1. Single-family dwellings, 10 feet,
2. Public utility structures, five feet,
3. Barns, 50 feet; all other structures, 25 feet;
C. Rear yards:
1. Single-family dwellings, 20 feet,
2. Public utility structures, five feet,
