Anyone proposing to construct or alter a structure within an Approach Zone shall be required to contact the Federal Aviation Administration regional office in Seattle, Washington, to determine whether the subject request requires the submission of FAA Form 7460-1 (Notice of Proposed Construction or Alteration). If said form is required, then completed copies shall also be submitted to the Aeronautics Division of the Oregon Department of Transportation, to the airport Manager, to the city planning director, and to the county planning director.
