Within 12 months after approval of the tentative property line adjustment, the applicant shall provide to the planning department a final survey of the adjusted property line (if required) and a copy of the recorded deeds conveying ownership consistent with the approved tentative property line adjustment.

In addition, the applicant shall provide evidence to the planning department that all other conditions of approval have been satisfied.
