The subdivider shall, without delay, submit the final plat for signatures of other public officials required by law, e.g., County Commissioners, County Assessor, County Surveyor, County Clerk, and Tax Collector. Approval of the final plat shall be null and void if the plat is not recorded within 30 days after the date the last required signature has been obtained.
