Landscaping shall be required in the following zones except as otherwise noted:
A. R-4 (Multiple-Family Residential zone, except the construction of a Single-Family or Two-Family Residential unit);
B. C-1 (Neighborhood Business zone);
C. C-2 (Travel Commercial zone);
D. C-3 (General Commercial zone);
E. O-R (Office/Residential zone);
F. M-L (Limited Light Industrial zone);
G. M-1 (Light Industrial zone);
