In a residential district, one single-family dwelling may be constructed on any single lot of record which is nonconforming because of area, width, length, or a combination thereof, provided the lot is no less than four thousand square feet in area. All other zoning requirements, such as yard dimensions, setbacks, etc., shall conform to the zone in which the lot is located. (Ord. 4128 (part), 1981; Ord. 3380 (part), 1968).
