17.63.050 Use of structure – Discontinuance.

If a nonconforming use, or the use of a nonconforming structure, is discontinued for a period of one year, further use of the property shall conform to the requirements of this title. (Ord. 4128 (part), 1981; Ord. 3380 (part), 1968).
