Staffing shall be provided by the city of McMinnville, McMinnville chamber of commerce, McMinnville economic development partnership, Visit McMinnville and McMinnville downtown association. The city of McMinnville shall provide lead staff support for the administration of the council. (Ord. 5062 §1 (Exh. A), 2019).
