A. The affordable housing committee shall operate within the laws and regulations of the federal government, the state government, Yamhill County and the city of McMinnville.

B. The affordable housing committee may establish subcommittees to address certain goals, maximizing the expertise of the greater McMinnville community. (Ord. 5100 §1 (Exh. A), 2021).
