A. Administration. The community development director, under the direction of the city manager, shall be responsible for the administration and enforcement of this ordinance.

B. Authority. The community development director shall have the authority to do all things necessary to administer the provisions of this ordinance and the rules and regulations adopted under it.

C. Enforcement. The enforcement of this ordinance by the community development director is not intended to limit the legal jurisdiction of any federal, state, county or local enforcement agency created by law. (Ord. 4730 §2, 2000).
