A. Developers shall receive all advance financed reimbursement collected by the city, minus a seven percent administration fee (up to a maximum administration fee of $100 per intervening property) for their advance financed public improvements. Such payments shall be made by the city within 90 days of receipt of the reimbursements.

B. The developer shall be eligible for reimbursement for a period of 10 years from and after the date the advance financing agreement has been executed. (Ord. 4730 §10, 2000).
