3.18.130 Exceptions to registration.

The following telecommunications carriers are excepted from registration:
A. Telecommunications facilities that are owned and operated exclusively for its own use by the State or a political subdivision of this State.
B. A private telecommunications network, provided that such network does not occupy any public rights-of-way of the city. (Ord. 4734 §1, 2000).
