A. The provisions of this article apply to SWF within the public right-of-way. These requirements are in addition to the provisions of Sections 3.18.010 through 3.18.650 that apply to use of right-of-way.

B. All provisions of Chapter 17.55 of the zoning ordinance governing wireless communication facilities shall continue to apply, except where in conflict with these provisions. (Ord. 5067 §1 (Exh. A (part)), 2019).
