A. Any person aggrieved by any final determination of the tax administrator may appeal to the city manager in the manner provided by Section 2.50.510 for the protest of code violations.

B. The written protest must, at a minimum, contain the following information:

1. The person’s name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.

2. The physical address of each transient lodging facility that is the subject of the appeal.

3. A copy of the decision document(s) that form that basis for the appeal.

4. A written statement, together with all supporting evidence, that supports the person’s arguments on appeal. (Ord. 5080 §1 (Exh. 1 (part)), 2019; Ord. 4994, 2015).
