5.12.050 License – Nondistributor – Term – Fee.

The license issued to each person, firm and corporation not a distributor as defined in this chapter for the maintenance, operation and location of any amusement device in its place of business shall terminate at the end of the calendar year in which the license was issued, and the license fee therefor shall be as follows:
A. The sum of $120.00 per year for pinball machines, provided the license fee shall be computed on a quarterly basis at the rate of $30.00 per quarter in the event the license is issued after the expiration of one or more quarters of the calendar year;
B. The sum of $20.00 per year for all other amusement devices. (Ord. 3366 §1, 1967; Ord. 3332 §12, 1967; Ord. 2487 §5, 1953).
