Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be charged a fine not exceeding $300.00. Each occurrence shall be considered a separate offense. Trial shall be before the judge without a jury and proof shall be by a preponderance of the evidence. (Ord. 4212 §l(d), 1982).
