5.24.020 License – Daily fee – Annual fee when.

The schedule of daily license fee shall be as follows:
Carnival, $50.00
Circus, $75.00
Tent show, $10.00
Provided, however, there shall be no license fee for rides sponsored by individual firms for advertising purposes unless three or more rides are involved at the same time, and in such case, the annual license fee shall be $10.00. (Ord. 4533 §2, 1993; Ord. 3332 §2, 1967; Ord. 2021 §2, 1941).
