A second-hand merchant permit is valid only at the location printed on the permit. Whenever a second-hand business changes its location within the city, the business shall give written notice to the police chief and shall surrender its current second-hand merchant permit for cancellation. The newly-issued permit shall be issued at no cost to the second-hand merchant and it shall be valid only for the balance of the term remaining under the old permit. (Ord. 4950 §3, 2012).
