The provision of Oregon Revised Statutes Chapters 471 and 472 and also acts amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto, relating to the acquisition, possession or disposition of alcoholic liquors, are adopted as a portion of this chapter so far as applicable, except as otherwise lawfully provided by this chapter and other ordinances of the city.
