A vendor’s license shall be required for each mobile vending device. The license fee is established at $25.00 per vehicle per year. Application for a license shall be made to the city recorder on forms designated by that office. The license shall not be valid in any area other than commercially or industrially zoned property. This license will authorize the holder to conduct business on the sidewalk in accordance with the limitations set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 4083 §1, 1980).
