All persons engaged in pest control activities shall take all precautionary measures to insure that the lives and health of human beings and their domestic animals are not endangered. All poisons used will be used in accordance with the recommendations of the manufacturer, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the Pure Food and Drug administration, the U.S. Public Health Service and the State Board of Health.
