Any person, firm, corporation or their employees violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction in the municipal court, have his license revoked and may be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars or imprisonment of not more than 90 days or both. Each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2395 §7, 1950).
