A. “Person” means any person, firm or corporation, the singular number shall include the plural, and the masculine pronoun shall include the feminine.

B. “Stage” means any self-propelled vehicle (other than electric or steam cars) used for the transportation of passengers for hire on the streets of the city, and operating between points, one or more of which are within, and one or more of which are without said city.

C. “Street” means any avenue, street, boulevard, highway, road or roadway, alley or other place laid out or used as a passageway for vehicles.

D. “Terminal” means the place in the city where any stage as defined in this section shall regularly stop for the purpose of taking on or discharging passengers, baggage or other articles carried by stages. (Ord. 1536 §l, 1923).
